Sushi like you've never seen before in Brazil!
Really good elevated Peruvian food with Japanese omakase influences. The service was impeccable. The lobster with gnocchi and shrimp broth was beyond amazing and the standout dish. The Chef was very accommodating with gluten and dairy allergies which was much appreciated. Great soundtrack playing as well! Elevated cuisine but not too pretentious.
If you can get a reerblvation, go!! Food and service are the best in Miami! Julie was our chef and she walked us through an amazing set of Peruvian dishes that were incredible with flavor and a bit of heat which I loved.
