Taylor BA full and filling and delicious morning buffet for early risers
I usually dread the site of a buffet, any buffet, because I usually fill two plates instead of one and wish I hadn't eaten more than I could chew. Or, as my mother often said: "Eyes bigger than your stomach?" But the breakfast buffet at Vida in the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, was too good to pass up. And, to my everlasting credit, I didn't over-indulge myself. Open from 7 to 11 Monday through Friday and 7 to noon on Saturday and Sunday, Vida serves breakfast and lunch daily. But the main attraction is the full morning buffet for early risers. It features omelets to order, pastries, St. James smoked salmon, waffles, pancakes, applewood smoked bacon, farmed eggs, steel cut oatmeal, breakfast potatoes, cereals, bagels, fresh fruit, cured meats, assorted cheeses, yogurt, chicken sausage, toast, even fried chicken. With plenty of coffee and juices. While my wife was satisfied with smoked salmon, breakfast potatoes and chicken sausage, I opted for steel cut oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins, two scrambled eggs with applewood smoked bacon and breakfast potatoes, toast and strawberry jam. A great way to start a day of sunning and sight-seeing.

This was one of the few bright spots at the Fountainbleu. I wish I could remember the name of the waiter that helped us because he was a real nice guy and made our experience even better.

Robyn Delicious Breakfast
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Vida. I just had coffee and a pastry but my husband was feeling hungry that morning and had the buffet breakfast. It was fairly priced for a hotel restaurant and the options were very good. Everything that my husband had off of the buffet he thoroughly enjoyed. I liked that the buffet was an individual option meaning it wasn't an all or none situation. Sometimes restaurants will only let you order the buffet breakfast only if everyone in your party is doing so. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated and wasn't too crowded.

Everything is amazing stuff is great but thanks to Akiell , pool staff, he was taking care of us all 4 days and we will be back just because of him. He is the best absolutely. I would recommend to be more strict about ball players in the pool.
