I went to buy some primer that I Google searched on Wednesday and it told me that it was at Live Oak. Not at my Lowes in Lake City which is 5 miles from my house. My thought was to go Friday evening after work and pick it up for Saturday's project after I arrived at Lowe's I was looking in the paint section by the particular products buy brand-name and did not find it meanwhile within four feet of me was a man from Lowe's doing something on the shelf behind me kind of not paying no attention to me as I struggled to find what I was looking for as I begin to research in my phone the Isle number and the product that was displayed through Google two ladies pass by. the gentleman said to them you need any help they all giggled and talked for a moment apparently they knew each other. as I stood in my struggle peering over the items and my phone they walked away he begin doing the Shelf stuff again I have no idea I think he was stocking plastic bags or something after I found the item on Google I turned to him and I asked him where the product was he politely replied to the end of the aisle I grabbed two cans and as I started to walk away I could hear they sounded like water in the cans and I thought to myself they really need to be shaken another lady from Lowe's was walking by and I had already knew by my experience standing next to the man stocking the Shelf that he was not real willing to be helpful with the customers so I asked the lady passing by if someone was working in the paint section and she said sure Rick then I thought to myself he certainly wasn't very helpful already she politely put the paint in the Shaker and said she had to go and Rick would take them out so I walk back down the aisle to get Rick to come take the paint out of the shaker he didn't seem so thrilled was not very pleasant at all so Rick came down and stood as the paint was shaking the first can came out Rick handed it to me I could tell by holding the can that the solids were in the bottom because the can was very heavy on the bottom and watery at the top I grabbed the paint can opener and I open the can and it look like water on top it was yellow not gray like the primer should have been and I'm an experienced painter and I know that it was old paint I could tell there was rust on the bottom of the can it had been on the shelf for a long time I ask Rick if there was any stir sticks so I could stir the solids from the bottom of the can he replied to me there was no stir sticks they had none I grabbed the paint can opener and it was only a quart can of primer and I stuck it into the paint can is stood in the paint completely vertical and when I pulled it up it had a hard chunk of paint solids on top he replied he would shake the can again I agreed that would be okay I I waited the can came out again in the same thing happened the paint was no good he looks at me and says do you want it or not I said no it's no good so I turned to go to customer service I asked them if I could order the product they did not know what product it wasn't as I went back to ask Rick I walked by and I see he put the same two cans of product that was no good right back on the Shelf so I carried a can to the service desk and the lady at the service desk said well this is all we have and I said yes that's all it's on the Shelf she looked it up and she says Computer says we have six cans so there were four cans in an unopened package they come in 4 to a box from the supplier up on the Shelf so she asks Rick to get them down and meanwhile prior to all of this when I was searching for a primer I actually had Rick read the back of another can to see if it was applicable for fiberglass he knew I was searching he never searched his computer for more of the same product for me but as the lady from the service desk found out there was four more cans Rick took the cans down he proceeded to shake all four he made a comment about the bottoms of the cans were not rusted so that they were probably good. after dealing with Rick for 10 minutes i realized Rick should not be in the position.I told him that the rust would not be on the bottom of the cans sitting in cardboard boxes on the metal shelves only metal to metal needless to say the next four cans were no good either they were all original stock probably have never been moved in the store and they just sit there. well now everyone has passed the buck to someone else their is four people clueless to help me out and get the product and no one really cared to get me any more product one person asking another they kept going back to Rick and when one person ask Rick is the paint any good Rick's reply was I don't know I've never used it and when I tried to explain to him that it was like clay in the bottom of the can he was still clueless he again said I don't know I've never used at this point the manager is trying to figure out how to get me more product and then her reply to me is I guess you don't want to do this for a couple weeks and I said yes there's got to be a better way I'll just go to Amazon and then as I said okay thank you and turn and walked away all I heard was mumbling in the background telling me where I could go and other stores I could go shop at and how many miles away they were and it wasn't in a cheerful way and it was more about going to a Lowe's somewhere else almost like a competitor I hate you type way and I thought to myself how funny and how terrible they are at their job everyone I stood there and spoke to at the moment with no concern for the customer and yes this is one big long sentence because it was talk tex but Lowe's in live oak ����� your 5 star rating from me.
