This great boutique hotel is a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in (Several hours before our room check in time) we were treated with the greatest hospitality, friendliness, and they were so very accommodating. The hotel is very nice, location is outstanding. From the gorgeous pool area just a few feet and you hit the beach. But one of the biggest and in my opinion important selling points is the unbelievably outstanding customer service. All of the front desk staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating and the bar and restaurant staff made you feel at home and well taken care of. I thought I lost my ID and was frantic. Miguel and Vivian at the front desk were proactive and scanned the camera feed, and let me know where I had tucked it away. Going above and beyond and taking care of their guests. Angelo at the front desk was so helpful. We had a ton of questions about getting around town and he helped us every time we asked. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to our friends and family. Angel checked me in after my late night arrival. He was very helpful and is the perfect person to represent a hospitality brand. My room was clean and incredibly comfortable. The bed was among the best I've ever slept in. The rooftop breakfast buffet is a great way to start your day. The views are spectacular. The location was perfect for me. It was close enough to everything without the crowds and hubbub of South Beach. Public transportation was close and I did not need a rental car to get around. My only "could be better" is that the room was fairly plain and there was little to no natural light. This is hardly a problem because I was not spending my days inside and all I really needed was a relaxing, clean place to rest my head at the end of the night.
