I had no problems others reported. Good experience, which I find is typical of Motel 6. Well trained staff, sufficiently appointed room. Better than usual wifi. Only complaint is that the floor was dirty. I don't know why Motel 6s (and others) changed to (faux) hardwood floors. Every grain of sand is then obvious. I liked it better when it was all hidden in the carpet. Anyway, do recommend, good location for outside Jax when east or westbound.
For a Motel 6, this property was fine. The building appeared freshly painted, and the walkways were very clean. The room was very basic, as expected with Motel 6, but when basics are all that's needed, this was fine. Wi fi was very good, the a/c worked well and the water pressure was good. We were traveling with a dog, so the motel required a $20 deposit, but the deposit was returned at checkout after management saw that there were no pet damages. Although this pet deposit was unexpected, I preferred it over establishments that charge a NON-refundable fee of $20-$50 per pet, sometimes for each night, when the pet does absolutely nothing damaging. The property conveniently is located just off the I-10 exit.
