The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. The pool area is beautiful and it was nice to sit out by the fire pit at night. The bartenders were super friendly and great to interact with. However, the room was definitely outdated and uncomfortable and the service inside the hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The women working at the front desk were not pleasant or helpful upon our arrival or during our stay. We had a room for six people, but only blankets and pillows for 4. We called the front desk three times asking for more and kept being told that they notified housekeeping and someone should be up. We called housekeeping multiple times and got no answer, and also no one ever came up. Unless you plan on spending your entire stay here outdoors, I would not recommend this hotel.
