This ship is amazing! I didn't have any issues on this cruise, everything and everyone was great. The food was way too good, never had a bad meal. I hung out at 678 ocean place and Carl at the Atrium Bar was the greatest, by the end of the cruise all I had to do was show up and he would have my drink waiting for me without having to ask. I never saw a crewmember that wasn't smiling and in a good mood, from the housekeeping staff to the officers. I already put a deposit on my next cruise.

Great cruise, but beware! DO NOT book flights through NCL!! You have no choices as to airline, seat, time. My cruise was "linked" with a friend's. When we got our flight info, the first problem was that we had to be at the airport at 5am for a 7am flight, when the cruise didn't leave Seattle until 5pm. At least it was a non-stop flight. But our flights returning home were on different airlines, at different times, and mine didn't depart Seattle until midnight, when the ship arrived back in Seattle at 6am!! My friend didn't really need assistance at the airport, but it would have been helpful. She is older and has some trouble with technology and with her luggage. Her return flight required a plane change in Dallas, and it turned out she had a 2-hour delay there. I called to explain she could use my help, but NCL couldn't have cared less. The only other really negative aspect of the cruise was the hard-selling at the spa. Very annoying. I called to book a massage and was badgered to upgrade the service. Then - after a very good, relaxing deep tissue massage, I was immediately sat upright and bombarded with efforts to get me to purchase a liver detox kit (which evidently I desperately needed - lol), and get an IV!! I'm a nurse. Just don't try to pitch this stuff to me. I'm sure it's just as annoying to others, and totally unnecessary. Better news - the food is exceptionally good. The entertainment was great (be prepared for foul language at Jersey Boys). For me personally the Thermal Spa was well worth the cost, and the most enjoyable part of being on board. Excursions were all very good, but one was cancelled for unavoidable reasons; refund was issued promptly, which I spent on the massage. Cabin steward and most all of the staff were attentive and helpful. Highly recommend: Balcony cabin on the starboard (right) side, mid-level (The Haven might be worth it if you can afford it, but I don't have any insight there; our balcony cabins were more than sufficient for us, and we had wonderful views); Thermal Spa, where it's usually quiet and the views are spectacular; Fin Island Lodge and Wildlife Quest; Mendenhall Glacier and Whale Quest (if there's a different excursion with more time at the glacier so you can walk to the falls, I would recommend doing the Fin Island tour, where we saw whales and wildlife anyway, and the longer time at Mendenhall); Hoonah Sightseeing Tour for a bit of Alaskan native culture, and you still have time for a stroll on the rainforest trail back down to the ship - if you're able, choose to walk instead of riding the gondola, it's a beautiful trail).

Contraté un paquete de internet carísimo y nunca pude abrir páginas con el navegador de mi computadora y en el celular era mala la velocidad, también era exagerado la cantidad de personas a bordo es muy incómodo estar amontonado por todas partes, lo salva la calidad de la comida

We wanted personalized service and The Haven did just that. Our concierge Gian, our butlers Peter and Dominique, and every staff member aboard were so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the production of The Jersey Boys. Keelan Layton, who played Frankie Valli, could not have been a better person for that role. His voice was amazing. Jay Worley and the other cast members were also so very talented. The Jersey Boys was the highlight of our trip. The cabin we had in The Haven was beautiful. We had a hot tub in our room, which we definitely used a lot. The balcony was so much bigger than we expected, so that was a plus as well. The food was also amazing. Really, all aspects of our cruise on the Norwegian Bliss was beyond our expectations. If we cruise again, we will definitely cruise with Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL)!
