When I spoke to the manager of this business she had some choice words and was extremely rude saying I was definitely IN Miami at the resort (I'm in Illinois on a travel assignment and have NEVER been to Miami) then she hung up the phone. Please be careful when renting apartment unit 1620. The owner has not returned deposit for over a one month. We rented the apartment via Home Away web from Seek ocean Mr Eugene. We paid 500 USD in cash on arrival 14.12.2017 to Mrs Anastasia Uglanova

THE OWNER OF APARTMENT 619 IS A SHIT THERE WERE COCKROACHES WE COULDN'T USE THE OVEN THE DISHWASHER DIDN'T WORK THE CURTAINS WERE BROKEN AND THE OWNER IS A THIEF THERE WAS A CLEANING DEPOSIT INCLUDED IN THE RENT BUT HE CHARGED A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF R$ 200 HE ONLY REFUNDED R$ $100 OF IT AVOID THGIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I went for a long weekend, the apartment was nice with a beautiful view of the sea, we really liked the location, just two blocks from the beach. The service was great. Dayron was really nice and soooo helpful, he made our stay even better. Will definitely come back.
