Our facilities include a residential gym, tennis courts, a beautiful heated pool with cabanas and 24 hour valet services. We are only steps away from the beach right by Heritage Park making this a top destination for families to visit. While we are not a hotel, units are rented short-term directly from owners.

Great place, super location, all amenities inside (heated pool, well equipped gym ,mini market and coffee shop). Beach- 2 min walking distance. Thank you very much to Bordeianu Maria for great service. Definitely will be back and will recommend it to my family and friends.

I had an exceptional experience at Ocean Reserve apt 1423 thanks to Marina Bordeianu. The service was outstanding, and Marina's attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Ocean Reserve for a delightful and well-catered experience.

I just want to share my experiences with, about my stay in Ocean Reserve. The location of this building is in a really great place. The apartment is very close to the ocean and shopping places. I stayed in the apartment that was rented from AIRBNB, and the host Maria Bordeianu was very professional and helpful. The apartment was very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning to go to Miami.

One of the best business travel I’ve had thanks to ORC. Marina is courteous and helpful, she did an excellent job tidying up the room while I was at the conference. My room was spectacular and my visit was amazing and I can’t thank the entire staff enough.

I used to live here and I miss it so much! Don’t ever move or go to building B unless you want to deal with the worst management ever and it’s full of roaches. I lived here 12 years and I loved it! Super nice people and well taken care of I never had to deal with no bugs or roaches it’s very nice. Stay in this building you will have the best experience:)
