We were on a van caravan through Florida and needed a hotel night and found this lovely Quality Inn. I had my Lab with me and they welcome him with open arms, literally! Had a great nights sleep, got some laundry done and got off to a fresh start. I made the ultimate goof when I left a couple of items, one of which was a journal of sentimental importance to me, The front dest made arrangements to have it mailed back to my home and when I called to check on it and confirm it was sent the manager was so kind and helpful, gave me all the info on who was mailing it and they had done it promptly. It arrived intact at my home. My thanks to all the staff for that and a lovely stay. The 4 star is only for the breakfast that was lacking a bit but in our travels we have found this to be the case right now.
