To rest after a whole day at the Kennedy Space Center is OK. Comfortable beds and medium to regular cleaning. Clean sheets, no traces of bed bugs. Of course, the room smelled a little musty. A/C OK but we were in the middle of July/August!. Acceptable breakfast but if you delay a little you won't get many things, especially bagels and yogurt.

We stay here every year for 2 days and it's clean has a fridge a microwave beds and pillows are comfortable the bathrooms could use remodeling the breakfast is great we love the waffles and bagels

I booked a room for my husband using Priceline. 9 nights, business trip, one person. He was working everyday, all day, and they did not clean the room one single time! The only thing they did was taking the trash out ONE time, that’s it. During the check-in process he was told the property does not book “this room” (whatever that means) for long stays, like he shouldn’t have done it. My husband was very uncomfortable with this comment. To the front desk staff: You do not make those comments to your guests, your job is to make the guests feel welcome, and thank them for their business. Do you have a problem with the reservation? Call Priceline. Poor service is never appreciated.

Went a few years ago but stayed multiple times during a 2 - 3 year time frame. Very reasonable prices. Not the Ritz Carlton but clean, friendly and rooms were good. They were renovating some of the areas when I stayed last. Looking for a convenient, nice price - This is it. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service, wonderful staff, convenient, and comfortable Stay. Great location just right off I 95. Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent. Pool was outstanding. Room was spacious Enjoyed my stay and will return again.
