A 5 star hotel, very well maintained (almost new) and with a complete structure for a guest and his family. Very well located, on the beach and a few steps from Bal Harbor Shopping, where there are also good restaurants. Miami is worth it.

Typical American hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms, complete with all the necessities of the best quality, highlighting the bathroom, Spa and excellent breakfast. Excellent location but you need a car to get around. It's on my top 5 Miami list. I stayed in the double room with a partial ocean view, very comfortable.

There are dozens of quality hotel alternatives in Miami. We stayed this time at the Ritz (formerly The One). Great facilities, spacious room, modern and complete bathroom.
Lobby, tasteful common spaces. Fitness small but equipped.
Breakfast without buffet, only a la carte, which is a failure.

I really liked the location, it is close to the beach, the service is great, people are polite and helpful, the shops around are good, for small purchases and food. The price x benefits is very good.
I bought several tours at the hotel and I was well attended.
