My labor and delivery experience at SMH was better than I could have imagined. My L&D nurses Karissa and Sarah, I will forever be thankful for. They were incredible! We ended up staying over 3 days in the baby mother unit, Cindy and Heidi went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Everything from great bedside manners to keeping the room clean, drinks always filled. Not only these ladies but EVERYONE we came in contact with was so kind and caring between both floors. Allthough our stay at the hospital was the least bit enjoyable. The medical staff of 10 floor were Amazing. Friendly, professional and clean. I do have to say my sister was very happy with her food server and food. My sister had good things to say about her server Victoria, she brightened her day, was very sweet and accommodating.

The level of care I received was amazing. The entire staff from doctors to nurses to techs to the cleaning team were amazing. Ive had 14 hospitalizations in the last 5 years and this is hands down the best hospital care Ive received. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital.
