I had the best experience at Serena. Pari checked us in easily and let us know what benefits we have as gold and diamond members. Pari also continued to be hospitable and had a refreshing face in the mornings as we started our day. She made the stay perfect. At the restaurant, Tatiana greeted us every morning with a smile and made sure we had great dining experiences.

The breakfast was complete! ! ! ! ! Tatiane was incredible. She was pleasant, full of joy and knew the menu. We had the traditional breakfast omelet and bowl of oatmeal! Hmmmm! But wait, we can't forget the rooftop views to top it off. All meaning included, by far one of the best experiences.
