Translated from English-Simple hotel overlooking a white sand beach, 3 miles from Cape Florida Lighthouse and 4 miles from Miami Seaquarium. Casual rooms offer cable TV and kitchenettes. Upgraded rooms add sofabeds, dining tables, and furnished terraces with direct beach access. The detached one-bedroom cottages come with living rooms and full kitchens. Children up to 15 years old (up to two per family) accompanied by a parent stay free of charge. Parking is free, as is Wi-Fi in public areas. There is also a playground and a heated beachfront pool surrounded by palm trees.

Stayed here for a few nights and would stay again. The pool was perfect and the patio was lovely to sit and drink my morning coffee. Have two large beds with space to walk and a small kitchenette with coffee maker and sink with refrigerator. You can't win. The area is amazing and getting to the beach was very easy. I managed to see some sea turtle nests. After reading the reviews I decided to focus on the good ones and I'm glad I did because I didn't have any complaints and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you Silver Sands. I will be back.

This place is right on the beach. It has a swimming pool and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated but have a kitchen area and are kept tidy and clean by daily cleaning. Although no food or drinks are offered on site, there are many places to visit on the island.

Excellent, the room is big like a mini studio, it has everything you need to prepare something to eat, very clean and the proximity to the beach oh my God so close, I will come back again, the person at the reception is super friendly.

The location is excellent, so I went again, I had been there twice before and everything was ok, but this apartment was horrible, all the furniture was extremely poorly maintained and destroyed, the kitchen utensils were extremely bad
