DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY! I rented a car in November. Recently received a collection letter indicating that I owe $451.25 for damage. When I returned the car, I walked around the vehicle with the attendant accepting it. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE! I've seen nothing but bad reviews on Sixt. Rent at your own risk. I will NEVER rent from them again!

They did not inspect car when I picked it up. I took photos of damage. After I returned the car, they tried to blame me for damages. I had to email and send pictures. Employees poorly trained.

Worst company ever !!! Car smelled like smoke convertible didn’t work and no refund! Don’t use ! Customer service and managers were useless ! Instead of 260 we paid over 600 for the rental another 200 deposit that we never got back !

Very good, friendly and fast service from Ruben. Great car that was clean and got great gas mileage. It was a new Altima. I understand they rent a lot of luxury BMWs too. Prices were good. It was actually a better price to go through Priceline. I forgot my SunPass on the windshield. Let's see if they refund as stated when I called from another state and airport. May affect rating above. Aside from my self-created problem, this is a good location to rent a car. Shuttle available, too.

The SIXT PBI branch is fantastic! Their customer service and the condition of their vehicles are top notch. The branch manager Nelson is the best! I would definitely recommend them.
I stopped at their agency without a reservation, after being denied at another rental company where I had a reservation. At the other company I was allowed to prepay my booking online, only to turn up and be told they had no stock.
I showed up to SIXT expecting them to tell me they are also out of stock. Instead, Nelson assured me that they would take care of me. They didn't have the vehicle class I needed so they gave me an upgraded vehicle for the same price. The car was clean, fully stocked and in excellent condition. They really go the extra mile.
