I sincerely want to transmit you my absolute disagreement with the care received when I pick up my car in Los Angeles Airport. I told him that I needed it yes or yes, because I was going to travel a lot on the road. He offers me other models but I had to pay 400 dollars more for a chrysler pacifica or BMW x5. It seemed very strange to me and I told him that he had already paid more than 1,400 dollars. He offered me to go see the cars in the parking lot, leaving my credit card and my driver's license on his desk! so I asked my wife to stay there. When we went to see the cars together, I had the question of Apple Car Play if I didn't have it and he was lying to me. Of course, he first showed me the BMW X5 and I saw that it wasn't big enough for my family and then I asked to see the Traverse. when we see the traverse he tells me he's going to the bathroom. and it leaves me just looking at it and oh surprise it had apple Car Play. Of course I opted for that so as not to have to pay more than what I had reserved. To finish the bad ending, he gave me another Traverse, not the one I had seen and it has more than 34.000 miles! It has scratches and fairly basic equipment. In order not to be so extensive because I am on vacation in the USA, I will tell you that I chose Sixt for its outstanding cars and its good service. I received none of that and I am more than dissatisfied, from what they have shown me so far I was wrong in changing the rental company, I always rented in other companies and never had any problem, only excellent service and even upgrades of what I had rented.
