We had such an amazing time... Carlos and Colin made the whole experience exceptional. We decided to add a guide last minute and the accommodation was made with no issues. Colin made my mother who was really nervous about the water feel so comfortable and made sure he was by her side at all times as well as took some great pictures too. Carlos made sure that we were able to be up close with the manatees. They were both funny and knowledgeable about the area as well as the manatees.. I will definitely recommend this company.. you will be in great hands and have a wonderful time as well. Thank you for making my vacation an unforgettable one. We will definitely be returning asap.
