Next to the important hospital complex Silvester Cancer Center of the University of Miami. Clean, safe hotel with patients and accompanying guests staying. Excellent breakfast, complete! Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the rooms! Bathroom separate from the shower! It has washerwoman and dryer on the ground floor very useful for those who will stay longer! Easy access to all places in Miami! 5 minutes Litle Havana and Bayside! Excellent value for money!

A large room for two people: bed with a good mattress, space reserved for sofas and a spacious desk, a corner for mini kitchen and toilet, with the bathroom and shower separated, I liked the partition, everything very clean and sanitized. Enough breakfast for good daily nutrition. For those who go to Miami for the purpose of sightseeing or shopping during the day and return only at night to hotel is an excellent option!

Although the hotel was in the center of several attractions, I found the place kind of dangerous, it did not seem to be a very good and safe neighborhood. Regarding the hotel itself, I don't have much to complain about. The room I stayed in was excellent, it was huge, clean and very well arranged, the only thing was the air conditioning, which was old. The breakfast, although tasty, had very few options and ended early, if you arrived almost at the time to "close", you had almost nothing left. Not to mention the tables for coffee, which were few for many guests. Negative point: the parking is paid, I do not remember for sure, but it was around $ 16 the day.
