My recent stay at the Broadmoor Miami Beach Hotel was an overall average experience with a few areas that could use improvement. First, let's start with the positives. The hotel's location by the beach was undoubtedly a highlight. The beautiful view and easy access to the sandy shores allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable beachfront experience. Additionally, the hotel's common areas were clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests to unwind. However, there were a few aspects that fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the rooms lacked proofing.. completely smelled like weed/smoke inside. I had to change the room. Furthermore, the room itself could have used some improvements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I noticed some signs of wear and tear, such as outdated toilets and outdated fixtures. Additionally, the bathroom amenities seemed to be of a lower quality compared to other hotels in this price range. On the service front, while the staff was generally friendly and polite, it took time for us to move in. Lastly, I found the pricing to be on the higher side for the overall experience. They charge a resort fee! The elevator is a pity!
