Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for their expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant’s on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille’s wine list features more than 350 selections. Reservations are recommended but not required.

Brazilians love a fad, but for those who like to eat well, Capital Grille is one of the excellent Steakhouses in NYC, where the goal is to satisfy the customer and not push things around to increase the bill. All excellent!
Always great food and excellent service. I wish they would stop letting dogs inside this restaurant! Please people, leave your animals at HOME. Sneaking them into a restaurant in a baby carriage is gross.
This was our second visit to celebrate a special occasion, and we were even more happy than the first time. We were warmly greeted by our server, who took our order and respected our wish not to rush. My riesling wine was delectable, the grilled salmon salad with avocado and mango fresh and delicious. The steaks, a Ribeye with special order cracked pepper cream sauce and my Fillet Mignon were done perfectly to order, the portions sufficient for a leftover lunch next day. We very much appreciated the attention given to us on this special day, from the decorated table to a complimentary champagne toast and lovely arranged desert plate. We definitely look forward to returning soon.
Super in every way! I made a reservation that afternoon and I was grateful that they got my husband and I in. Venue is located at the Town Center in Boca Raton. They have $8 valet parking. I was happy to have that since my husband is handicapped. The manager was so welcoming and charming. We sat close to our reservation time. This is a very popular and busy venue. Our waiter, Adam was terrific. He made recommendations and assisted in many ways. He was so professional and also sweet. Our dinner was fabulous. Our pear snd gorgonzola salad was the best we ever had. Pears was perfectly ripe and sweet. We both had the bone in ribeye perfectly prepared to our liking. Also had mushrooms and a baked potato. The ricotta cheesecake snd cappuccinos were just beyond. It was worth every calorie. You cannot go wrong with the capital Grille. It has always been a top favorite of ours.
This was the 3rd Capital Grille I've been to. I had already been to the one in Miami and Las Vegas. I thought it was the worst of the 3. It's well located, it's beautiful, it's traditional. What they lacked was the service provided by the person in charge of the table, Mr. Daniel, who was slow and perhaps disinterested (it was necessary to call him, unlike what happened with the others, who received attentive service); and, my meat, a dry aged NY steak, with a slightly burnt taste. Detail, it's always a good request.
