The food is awesome. I love shopping there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The market is clean well kept
I never had a lunch, soups, salads, sandwiches, timbale, all excellent. The only problem is the sound reverberation makes a difficult conversation in some places. Get there at 11:30 am and try to get to a corner table; that can make a conversation easier to convey. Waitresses are all good and patient.
This is a great place to eat. I am thankful we have places like this to go to and not just chain restaurants. Oh and IMHO anyone that would leave a bad review for a small business like this that employs hard working people during a Pandemic must be some kind of sadist. Criticizing someone for not always wearing a mask or struggling to adapt to a new system of service doesn’t seem fair to me - just saying. Look at their reviews prepandemic and go by that if you want good food and to support a small business when they really need your business and good reviews. Also if you are a regular customer and always had good or great service in the past but they had one bad day maybe give them a break - pay it forward. But what do I know...

While staying in the area, we tried to eat at the Turtle, thinking it was a restaurant. It was evening and the place was closed! Later in the week, we visited the Turtle to purchase seafood.
We were pleasantly surprised by the selection, as we bought both seafood, prepared sides and wine.
All in all, a pleasant shopping experience and would definitely return.
We love browsing the store even though we go for specific food we always end up buying more than we plan! The quality of service depends on when you go. We try to go weekdays non rush times. Food is always great though and when we are on that side of town we try to load up!
