My wife and I stayed one night at The Little English Guesthouse and we were very pleased with our stay.
Booking was easy through their website and although it seems a bit hidden, it was easy to find and close to many restaurants.
It was our first trip during the pandemic and we were a little apprehensive. Tracey made us feel very, very comfortable and it was clear what steps were being taken to reduce the risk.
The décor was attractive and the room was clean. We'd stay there again.
The hostel is my choice for accommodation in Tallahassee. I'm tired of the noisy hotels on I-10 and much prefer the quiet atmosphere of the hostel - I sleep very well! I met interesting guests there and Tracy, the owner, is really a pleasure for a chat. And I easily book my rooms directly on their website.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in the London Room. The service is better than any hotel in the region and the breakfast was delicious! (English dumplings). The kitchen was stocked with hot tea, coffee, biscuits and peanut butter, popcorn and cereals. Seriously, I'm never going to stay anywhere else when I'm in Tallahassee.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Little English Guest House in Tallahassee, and it was a delightful experience. Tracey, the proprietor, was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast she served each morning. The spread included hard-boiled eggs, croissants, crumpets, fresh fruit, and yogurt, accompanied by steaming hot coffee or tea – a perfect way to start the day.
My Review is short and sweet with no fluff.
As for the NEGITIVE reviews. Did you not look at the photos and information on their website before booking??? We found everything as described there.
