Spent a night getaway with the wife. First time staying in Jensen Beach. Hotel was very nice. Great location with restaurants right across the street. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities. Our only complaint would be house keeping needs to do a little more thorough job cleaning. We found someone toenail clippings on the floor and a used Kleenex under the bed. Would definitely go back through.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights... December 29th and 30th of 2023. We were attending the Orange bowl in Miami and did not want to stay near the crowds. This was a nice, no frills place to stay. We felt "safe" during our stay. We stayed in a standard, 2 queen room. The room was very clean and included a small fridge, a safe, complimentary water and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very informative and extremely helpful and pleasant. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Room 205 does not have a view. The only complaint that I would have is that room 205 is directly beside the elevator and you can hear it unless you turn on a sound machine or the fan. I have read other reviews of people complaining about "resort fees." When I made the reservation all fees were explained to me up front. There were no surprises at check in. Overall I am extremely happy with our stay and will visit again. The location is superb and it is only a short drive off of the interstate.

We just stayed this weekend at THE LUCIE and LOVED IT! The rooms are nice, spacious, spotless clean, with very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Location is also excellent though the food and menu at the restaurant could definitely be improved. But what makes this place exceptional is the service, especially at the front desk during check- in/out and throughout our stay. We were helped by Cristina, an extremely friendly and utterly professional lady at the front desk who provided us top notch service, with outmost kindness answering all our questions, giving us restaurant recommendations, going out of her way to help and always with a big smile. We were truly impressed by her professionalism, warmth and fantastic disposition to please the guests and do her job with excellence. We all agreed that she was the most memorable part of our stay. Kudos to THE LUCIE for choosing such quality person at the front desk who quickly made us feel like we picked the right and best place to stay. Thank you again, Cristina for everything! We will certainly be back!
