My wife and I stayed here when in Albany for a concert. We had a king bedroom suite. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was large and more than adequate for our needs. The staff was kind and helpful. I can’t think of any negatives. I would stay here again

We found the staff to be so welcoming and helpful! I didn’t realize when I booked I would be as far outside the city as I was, but it all worked out. Uber and Lyft were easy to get and when we wanted to walk to the concert the staff told us the best way to get there. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the room was big and comfortable for the 3 of us to spend 2 nights. Every morning we were greeted with smiles, at night when we came back they asked how our day was, they recommended the best place for us to have pizza delivered at 10pm.

Donovan was the best! He fixed my TV and offered advice on where to eat. He was truly hospitable and I would go back to this hotel because of him. Also, the area isn't far from downtown where the Comvention Center is located. You can actually walk to Center Square where you'll be able to find plenty of eateries.

Well this is a 5 stars. What a refreshing vibe here. We got granted by very welcoming front desk staff . Rooms are spacious, pool and hot tub are very well maintain.
