whilst we were at this hotel we were greeted by excellent customer service as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms were exceptional. they even doubled the toilet paper for us. the beds were very comfortable and easy to get in and out of. the kitchen was clean along with all the pans and cutlery. Great hotel definitely recommend for your stay.
Hotel with excellent infrastructure. Some nearby facilities for those who don't have a car. The wifi works perfectly and there is the option of apart hotel. That is, you can cook in your room, because in it you have stove and refrigerator. I recommend the hotel to families who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Miami.
It's one of the few places I've ever given 5 stars We got there and my wife is in a wheelchair so she made sure someone came out to get the luggage which is not normal. The room was not well equipped. So she changed us very quickly, she didn't charge me. The place was clean, breakfast was hot and free in the morning. Ample parking for employees. They have a smoking section outside.
I would stay there again.
The rooms have everything from a full kitchen to a dishwasher. Everything is new. Good decoration. Gym is fine. Free breakfast and free bottled water by the pool. The reception service was great. I will stay here once a year. The only thing I can complain about is that the day they cleaned they didn't make the bed. I just changed the towels and took out the trash. I don't carry cash around either. They need to set up a way to tip room service at checkout or otherwise. Plus you won't regret it, stay here.
Very good and clean hotel! The team is simply amazing! We were only there for one night, but the two people at reception were very friendly and helpful! I think the only strange thing was that there was a lot of dust or dirt or maybe insulation on the light above the shower (see photos), which was kind of concerning. As we were only there one night, I totally forgot to mention it to reception.
