We were looking for somewhere different to stay while visiting family in central Florida. The TownePlace had great reviews on Tripadvisor and I could see why. The room was fairly new and very clean. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice big shower. The kitchen area had anything you needed although we mostly used just the refrigerator and microwave. The king bed was very comfortable and the property was very nice too. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but they were quick to close it on weekday mornings.

After spending a regrettable and disgusting night at the Holiday Inn Express in Tavares, we were lucky to find this place. It was brand new, clean, had mostly friendly staff. The breakfast was not that great, but that's really my only complaint. I would happily stay here again.

Amazingly clean, well kept, and easy to get to. This hotel is close to the Leesburg hospital. The rooms are large with awesome showers. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast with several food options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in & check out easy, too
