So I get to the Travelodge. I book a room for a week and pay $500. the first room that i was given had water all over the floor on top of having a dirty toilet brush on the dresser and the beds were not made nor was the room clean at all . So i went to management about the room and was sent to another room. The next day I go to work. I'm gone all day long. I get back about 10:30pm that evening. And walked into my room once again, flooded. My things are soaking wet. So I go make a complaint to the front desk. Who tells me that I had to wait till in the morning before They would move me to another room, and top it off I asked to speak to management here. And its now 1:30am in the morning. And still nothing, I'm tired and miserable. I'm very higher disapointed, I feel like they dont care for there guest rights to provide clean rooms or handle it.professionally, neither one has been shown at all so i will Report them to the better business Bureau and the heath dept asap . I don't apperciate the fact that i was not moved right away or refunded by this company but i have pictures, a complaint and will call me a lawyer for the way i was treated. so I'm paying to clean up a flooded room. That I have no other choice but to stay in now? And still have not received any phone call or anything of that nature. I would not recommend anybody stay here. I am mentally in physically sick to my stomach right now. And it's sad I just wanna go to bed and I can't even do that. Thanks for showing me that u are by far one of the worst places i have ever been to and for mentally making me cry
