The front desk staff at check-in was friendly and professional. The room had a musty odor, but was clean. Beds were small, but comfortable. Toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was the norm, offering standard fair with very few healthy options. Pool looked clean and inviting, though we didn’t have time to use it. Parking lot had a lot of trash. Close to fast food restaurants, Starbucks and Dunkin. It’s definitely a motel and over priced at $115. We only stayed one night and it was fine for that short stay. I would not stay for anything longer than that.

I had to be near Shands hospital to be with my daughter after her surgery. It was convenient to Uber back and forth, saving money from being at a hotel closer to the hospital. Robert and the staff made my stay less stressful. Robert was very accommodating and gave great restaurant recommendations. I brought my daughter to the hotel when she was discharged to recuperate a few days before she went home. He always asked about her and made sure we knew to ask him if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Woodspring Suites Gainesville I-75!

I stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great experience. The staff, especially the manager Patrick, were all very accommodating and kind. My room was clean, the place was quiet, and I felt safe, as the building required your room key to even access the hallways. They have a laundry room, kitchen to cook, and room to hang up your clothes. I was also able to send amazon packages here. I had a great experience!
