We were searching for a good dim sum near the airport. We had read good reviews of YH and made reservations. It is important to go with reservations, otherwise,you might be facing a long wait. We were seated immediately and we were given the menus, the order list and a pencil. We were 4 and ordered 9 different pieces, that we followed with six more. Only one was left untouched. We mixed sweet and savory, beef and shrimp, vegetables, etc. The quality was excellent, served in good timing and good sequence. It was really delightful. Only one of us drank tea and the other three went just for water. They were all excellent, except perhaps from the beef ribs. The red bean with coconut was good and the charcoal buns were surprisingly light and perfect consistency. The decor is elegant and the partitioned design makes it feel not as big as it really is. Service is cordial and efficient. Perhaps the one disappointment was that the ladies bathroom had a lot of paper on the floor. More frequent service might prevent that.
